PRIMARY CLASS TEACHER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Class Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that encourages the development of students' critical thinking, creativity, and social skills. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to pupils success, and a collaborative spirit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.

- Assess and monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and well-being.

- Communicate regularly with the school management about pupils progress and any concerns.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching practices and educational trends.

- Maintain accurate records of pupils attendance, performance, and assessments.

- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, field trips, and school events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- N.C.E/Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (or equivalent qualification).

- Experience working with primary school pupils is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Pupils development and learning theories.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
