As a Preschool Teacher at Queen Florence, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and social foundations of young learners. We are looking for caring and innovative educators who can create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons to foster learning and development.
- Maintain a warm and positive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
- Monitor and document students’ progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to uphold the highest educational standards.
- Participate in school meetings, training, and activities as needed.
Requirements
- A Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching or working with preschool-aged children (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- A solid understanding of early childhood development and teaching best practices.
