The Kenhut Adventist Learning Centre, Comp Meeting held in April 2024
Held in five phases for five days, the comp meeting aimed to enhance teaching and learning skills, foster collaboration among educators, and provide a platform for both educational and spiritual development. A total of 270 participants attended the comp meeting which included teachers, students and parents.
The comp meeting commenced with a welcome from the head teacher Madam Isabela Nyamoita. She emphasized the significance of the comp meeting to the participants and encouraged them to strive for excellence both in and out of classrooms. She also stressed the importance of leveraging technology to enhance students’ learning outcomes.
“You shoulder a great responsibility as a teacher at the Kenhut Adventist Learning Centre and must take this responsibility seriously,” Ms Nyamoita said. “Whatever you learn here and implement in your spiritual and classroom will set the stage for the students who are our future generation of leaders to succeed in their roles. Make the most of this opportunity.”
