? Admission Procedures

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We warmly welcome you to Diamond High Montessori School, where we are committed to providing your ward with quality education, discipline, and holistic development. Below are the steps to follow for Admission Enrollment:

Step 1: Purchase & Collection of Admission Forms

• Admission forms are available at the School’s Administrative Office during working hours.

• Parents/Guardians are required to pay a non-refundable admission processing fee before collecting the form.

Step 2: Submission of Completed Forms

• Fill the form carefully with accurate information.

• Attach the following documents when submitting:

  1. Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs of the child.

  2. A photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate.

  3. Previous school report card/transfer certificate (if applicable).

  4. Any relevant medical/health records.

Step 3: Entrance Assessment / Interview

• All applicants will undergo an entrance examination or an oral interview (depending on the class level).

• This assessment helps us place the child in the appropriate class and identify their academic needs.

Step 4: Admission Offer & Acceptance

• Successful applicants will receive an Admission Offer Letter.

• Parents must confirm acceptance by paying the required admission/acceptance fee within the stipulated period.

Step 5: Payment of School Fees

• Full or agreed installment payment of school fees must be made at the Administrative Office or designated bank account.

• No student shall be enrolled in class without payment of fees.

Step 6: Orientation & Enrollment

• Newly admitted pupils will be officially enrolled after fees are settled.

• An orientation program will be held for both pupils and parents to familiarize them with the school’s rules, values, and expectations.

Important Notes:

? All financial matters are handled strictly by the Administration only – teachers are not permitted to collect fees.
? Admission is subject to space availability in the requested class.
? Parents must commit to supporting their ward’s academics, discipline, and school activities.
