Admission Procedure – Divine Liberation International Academy

At Divine Liberation International Academy, our admission process is streamlined through the PreciousTech School Management System, ensuring an easy and efficient application process for both parents and students. Follow the steps below to complete your admission:

Step 1: Online Application

1. Visit our official school website and navigate to the Admissions section.

2. Click on "Apply Now" to access the online admission form powered by Gosfem LMS.

3. Fill in all required details, including:

   • Student’s Full Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Gender
   • Parent/Guardian Details
   • Previous School Information (if applicable)
   • Select Class Applying For

4. Upload necessary documents (e.g., Birth Certificate, Passport Photograph, Previous School Result).

5. Submit the form and note the Application Number for future reference.

Step 2: Application Review

• The school’s admission team will review your application and verify the submitted details.
• If necessary, a screening test or interview may be scheduled (depending on the class of entry).

Step 3: Admission Offer & Payment

1. If the application is approved, an admission offer letter will be sent via the Gosfem portal or email.
2. Log in to the Gosfem portal and proceed to pay the admission fee online or at the school’s account office.
3. A payment receipt will be generated upon successful payment.

Step 4: Student Registration & Portal Activation

1. After payment confirmation, the student will be officially enrolled into the school.
2. Login credentials for the Gosfem Student Portal will be issued to access:
   • Class Timetable
   • School Announcements
   • Assignments & Exams
   • Student Performance Reports

Step 5: Orientation & Resumption

• Newly admitted students will receive a welcome orientation to familiarize themselves with the school environment, rules, and expectations.
• The student is ready to begin classes on the scheduled resumption date!
