                           ADMISSION PROEDURES FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR                           

1. 1.      Every parent / guardian seeking admission for his or her ward shall pay a non-refundable admission fee of GH?75.00 for the primary/KG level and  GH?90.00  for JHS level.
2. 2.      School fees for a term is GH360 for both primary and JHS levels, GH300 for the creche level.
3. 3.      Parents would also an amount of GH50.00 for yearly maintenance and development levy fee
4.      Parents seeking admission for their ward shall provide the following which ia compuslory and available the school

                        School Uniform                        Two Pairs

                         schoool cloth

                        Friday wear/P.E kit                    

                        Exercise Books                            24

                        School Bag                                   1

                        Mathematical Set                         1

                        School Cloth                                1

                     Closed Footwear (Canvas, Cross Sandals, Shoes etc)

Note: these items shall be inspected before your ward report to school

5.      Payment of school fees is on termly bases and the breakdown is as follows;

CRECHE                                                     GH300 + GH50+ GH50= GH4000.00

KG/NURSERY LEVEL                             GH360 + GH75+ GH50= GH485.00

PRIMARY  LEVEL                                   GH360 + GH75+ GH50= GH485.00

JHS  LEVEL                                               GH360 + GH95+ GH50= GH505.00

NOTE: payment of schools is on termly based and should be paid before the 2^nd week upon resumption.  

6.      Payment of admission and school fees are to be paid before admission is offered.

7.      All students are expected to be in school latest by 7:00 am and closed by 3:30 pm

8.      Any parent who takes away his/her ward out of the school without any prior notice(at least one month) will be made to pay a penalty fee or failure will result in legal actions against such parent.

9.      Speaking of vernacular is not allowed in the school.

10.  Absenteeism from school twice in a week without any prior notice to the school will lead to withdrawal of the ward.

11.  Students found in engaging in violence, be it in school or the house will lead to withdrawal.

12.  Wearing of bathroom sandals and any unacceptable cloth or wear to the school will be seize and never given back to the ward. Punishment would be given to anyone that violates the rules and regulation of the school.
