Admission Procedure

Step 1: Inquiry and Initial Contact

1. Parents/Guardians inquire about admission through phone, email, or in-person visit.

2. School provides information on admission requirements, fees, and curriculum.

Step 2: Application Submission

1. Parents/Guardians submit a completed application form.

2. Required documents:

    - Immunization record

    - Previous school records (if applicable)

    - Passport-sized photographs

Step 3: Entrance Examination (if applicable)

1. Conduction of entrance examination for new students (if required).

2. Examination dates and times will be communicated to parents/guardians.

Step 4: Interview

1. Parents/Guardians and student(s) may be required to attend an interview with the school administration.

2. This is an opportunity for the school to get to know the student and parents/guardians better.

Step 5: Admission Decision

1. School administration reviews application and makes an admission decision.

2. Parents/Guardians will be notified of the admission decision via phone, email, or in-person meeting.

Step 6: Registration and Payment of Fees

1. Upon admission, parents/guardians complete registration formalities.

2. Payment of school fees, uniforms, and other requirements.

Step 7: Orientation and Commencement

1. New students and parents/guardians attend an orientation program.

2. Students commence classes on the designated start date.

Additional Requirements

- Transfer students must provide a transfer certificate from their previous school.
