Admission Procedure

Welcome to Gulistan Academy. We are committed to providing quality education in a safe, caring, and inspiring learning environment.

Admission Process

1. Obtain the admission form from the Gulistan Academy Admission Office.

2. Complete the admission form with accurate information.

3. Submit the completed form along with the following documents:

   • Student's Birth Certificate / B-Form

   • Parent/Guardian's CNIC copy

   • Four recent passport-size photographs

   • Previous School Report Card (if applicable)

   • School Leaving/Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

4. Students may be required to appear for an admission test and/or interview, depending on the class and seat availability.

5. Parents/Guardians will be informed of the admission decision.

6. After selection, complete the admission by paying the admission fee and first month's tuition fee.

7. Collect the fee receipt, books list, uniform details, and class schedule.

8. The student will be allowed to attend classes from the announced joining date.

Important Notes

• Admission is granted strictly on merit and subject to seat availability.

• All submitted documents must be genuine and complete.

• Gulistan Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, according to the school's policy.

• Parents/Guardians are expected to follow all school rules and regulations and support their child's academic progress.
