Haus of Vanity Beauty Academy (HOVBA) Admission Procedures

Welcome to Haus of Vanity Beauty Academy! Below are the steps to apply and enroll in our programs:

1. Initial Inquiry

• Visit our website or contact us at hausofvanityba@gmail.com or 910.850.3658 to request an admission packet or schedule a tour.
• Attend an open house to learn more about our offerings and meet the team.

2. Application Submission

• Complete the HOVBA application form, available online or in person.
• Provide the following documents with your application:
• Proof of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (mandatory).
• Government-issued photo identification.
• Two recent passport-sized photos.

3. Application Fee

• Submit a non-refundable application fee of $50. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, money order, or cashier’s check.

4. Interview with Admissions Team

• Once your application is received, you will be scheduled for an interview to discuss your goals, program expectations, and commitment.

5. Acceptance Notification

• Applicants will receive an admission decision within 24 hours of completing the interview.
• Accepted students will receive an official acceptance letter and enrollment agreement.

6. Program Orientation and Enrollment

• Submit the signed enrollment agreement and pay the enrollment deposit to secure your spot.
• Attend the mandatory program orientation to review policies, schedules, and other important details.

7. Payment Plan Setup (if applicable)

• If not paying in full, schedule a meeting with the admissions office to set up a payment plan. Payment options may include:
• Monthly installment plans.
• Financial services or scholarships.

8. Supplies and Uniform

• Purchase required textbooks, kits, and uniforms as outlined in the acceptance packet. A full list of required items will be provided during orientation.

9. Start Your Journey

• Begin classes on the scheduled start date, ready to embrace your path to becoming a licensed esthetician.
