DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the Admission Form:
1 .Birth Certificate. ( Optional )
(Admission for Nursery to Class I).
2. Current Residence Proof.
(Ration Card/Voter ID Card/Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement/Sale Deed/Aadhaar Card).
3. Photo ID proof of both parents.
(Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Id Card).
4. Passport-size latest photograph of the child and both the parents along with One Family Photograph
(Parents and Child together).
5. T.C / Affidavit
L.K.G to Class 5th (Optional)
( Class 6th to 8th Required)
6. Academic Progress Card of the previous class attended by the student.
(for admission in grade II and above).
7. Blood group report of the child.
8. Attested copies of legal documents if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
9. Affidavit of the Guardianship is to be submitted if the student lives with a local guardian.
(if applicable).
10. Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended to be submitted latest by 31st July.
(only for students seeking admission in Class II onwards).
