Admission Procedures

Midfield Secondary School welcomes applications from students who are committed to academic excellence and personal growth. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, supportive, and efficient.

Eligibility

• O-Level Admission: Completion of Primary Seven (P7) with a valid Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) Pass slip or Results recommendation.

• A-Level Admission: Completion of Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with a valid Senior Four (S4) results slip.

  Application Steps

  1. Obtain an Application Form

     • Visit the school office in Kiwanga, Seeta.

     • Forms are available during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  2. Submit Required Documents

     • Completed application form

     • Recent passport-size photographs (2 copies)

     • Copy of PLE or UCE results slip

     • Copy of birth certificate

     • Transfer letter (if applicable)

     • Parent /guardian NIN 

  3. Entrance Interview

     • Applicants may be invited for an oral or written interview to assess readiness and placement.

  4. Admission Decision

     • Payment of Fees

     • Admission is 50,000/= paid at the school office and applicant is given the school payment code for schoolpay

     • Fees must be paid to the school’s official bank account:

       • Stanbic Bank Kireka Branch

       • Account No.: 

     • Reporting to School

       • New students must report on the specified date with all required items as listed in the joining instructions.

     • Successful applicants will receive an admission letter with joining instructions and fee structure.
