ADMISION REQUIREMENT

We appreciate your interest in our school and very much looking forward to having you. We know that when seeking admission into a new school, the process can be very involving especially if you do not have much information. We therefore, outline a few steps that will making entering UNIQUE SUCCESS ACADEMY as stress – free and as exciting as possible.
1. First step towards entering UNIQUE SUCCESS ACADEMY
Admission form: this form can be purchased from the administration office or visit our school website to download the soft copy.
1. Fill out the application form and all other necessary forms. Submit with all other required documents.
2. After submitting the documents, the Entrance Exam will follow.
3. With the entrance exam result, interviews for a student and parents will be followed.
4. The child’s placement will be notified to the parent via SMS or Email. SMS ID you should see when sms is sent you. U_S Academy

STATIONARY REQUIREMENT FOR BURSERY 1 & 2, KG1 and KG2
- Pencil = 1Pack
- Crayons = 1Pack (Big Size)
- Poster Colors = 1Pack
- Eraser = 1 Small Pack
- Sharpener = 5 Pieces
- Cardboard = 3 Pieces
- One Long Ruler
5. Fee Structure………
Full or part payment should be made on or before reopening day
- First installment 50% - 70%
- Second installment should be paid by mid-Term
NB: Parent who want other payment plan than the above should notify the school administrator within the first week of re-opening

6. After all the necessary procedures above are done, the Admission Letter will be issued and the student’s admission will be completed.
7. For the returning student(s), the student should follow all above procedures and requirement below as a new admission.
