At Prajwal Tuition Academy (PTA), we ensure a smooth and transparent admission process designed to help students and parents make informed decisions.

Step 1: Enquiry & Counselling

Prospective students or parents can reach out through our website, call, or visit the academy in person. Our counsellors provide detailed information about courses, timings, and fee structures.

Step 2: Registration

Collect and fill out the admission form available online or at the academy’s front desk. Make sure all details are accurate.

Step 3: Document Submission

Submit the following along with your registration form:

• Recent passport-size photograph

• Copy of the latest report card or marks sheet

• Valid ID proof (Student/Parent)

Step 4: Course Selection

Choose your preferred subjects and class level. Guidance will be provided to select the right batch based on your academic goals.

Step 5: Fee Payment

Complete the fee payment as per the selected course plan. A digital or printed receipt will be issued for every transaction.

Step 6: Batch Allocation

Students are assigned to batches according to their class, subject combination, and performance in the initial counselling (if required).

Step 7: Orientation & Class Commencement

New students attend an orientation session to understand PTA’s learning system, timetable, and student guidelines. Classes then begin as per the assigned schedule.
