About the Founder
Founder and Director, Morgan Minds Technology Academy
MR.ROLAND MORGAN is an educator, technology professional and entrepreneur who is passionate about making quality ICT education available to learners of every age. As the founder of Morgan Minds Technology Academy, he leads a school built on one belief: that practical technology skills can change a person’s future.
Education and Training
ROLAND MORGAN is a trained teacher, a graduate of Komenda College of Education, where he specialised in Mathematics and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This foundation in teaching and in problem solving shapes how he approaches learning: clear, structured and focused on understanding.
To deepen his technical skills, he studied Networking at IPMC, gaining practical knowledge of how computer networks are built, managed and secured. He also earned a Diploma in Human Resource Management through Alison, which supports his work in leading people, building teams and running an organisation well.
He continues to learn through online courses on Coursera and other platforms, keeping up with new developments in technology, business and education.
Professional Experience
Alongside teaching, Roland Morgan runs Morgan Minds Technology, a technology business, where he combines hands-on technical work with practical business experience. This experience in technology and entrepreneurship brings real-world relevance to the lessons at the Academy.
He brings together three strengths:
- Education: the skills to teach and guide learners at different levels
- Technology: knowledge of ICT and networking
- Management: training in human resources and running a business
Vision for the Academy
Roland Morgan established Morgan Minds Technology Academy to give kids, students, teachers and adults a clear path from beginner to advanced ICT skills. He believes in learning by doing, in building character as well as knowledge, and in preparing learners to work, create and lead with confidence.
