Admission Procedure

Joining Morgan Minds Technology Academy is simple. Follow these steps.

Step 1: Choose a Course

Browse our courses and pick the one that fits your goal and level. Courses are open to kids, students, teachers and adults, from beginner to advanced. If you aren’t sure, contact us and we will advise you.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

Complete the application form online at [website link] or collect a form at the school. Give accurate details, including the learner’s name, date of birth, contact information, chosen course and study mode (day, boarding or online).

Step 3: Submit Your Documents

Provide the following:

• Completed application form
• Passport-size photograph

• Copy of the last certificate or school report, where available
• Parent or guardian’s name, phone number and address (for learners under 18)

Step 4: Placement Assessment

New learners may take a short, friendly assessment or interview so we can place them in the right level. This is not a pass or fail test. Complete beginners do not need any prior experience.

Step 5: Admission Offer

If successful, you will receive an admission offer by phone, email or message, with your course, class or batch, start date and fees.

Step 6: Pay Fees and Confirm Your Place

Pay the fees stated in your offer, [by the due date], to confirm your place. Keep your receipt. Payment methods are [bank transfer / mobile money / cash at the school office].

Step 7: Registration and Orientation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be registered in the school system, receive your login details and attend an orientation. Orientation covers the school rules, timetable, labs and how to use the learning platform.
