Menu: System and API Setting, then Email and SMS Activation.

Choose which automatic messages are allowed to go out. The page has two blocks.

SMS activation

The header shows the SMS provider that is active, or a red badge if SMS is disabled. Under it, each SMS template has a checkbox and its own Save button.

1. Tick a message to allow it, or clear the tick to stop it.

2. Click Save on that same card. Each card saves on its own.

If the provider badge says SMS is disabled, turn a provider on under SMS Settings before these ticks can result in a text.

Email activation

The header shows API Key Not Found when Email API Settings has no key. Add the key first.

Each email template has its own checkbox and Save button. Tick the messages you want, then save that card. Clearing the tick and saving stops that email.

Typical messages in these lists include account opening, password reset, invoices to students or parents, absences, and school events. The exact names are the templates installed for your school.
