Recording health complaints

Menu: Clinic, then Health Complaints.

Page title: Health complaints.

Click Add.

Class: Required.

Student: Required. Until a class is chosen, this box says Select section. It is the student list, not a section list.

Complain title, symptoms, date notice symptoms, and medicine taken: Required.

Click Save. The list shows the student, title, symptoms, the date the symptoms were noticed, and the medicine.

Create appointment opens the appointment form for that complaint. Edit changes the complaint. Delete asks you to confirm. Student data opens the student's record.
