Website settings introduction
This guide covers the second menu in the school admin sidebar, Website Settings. Open it from the left menu (the globe icon), then work through the items in the order below.
Use this section to fill the public school website: the home banner, the about page, campus photos, how to apply, messages from visitors, news, photo albums, and the noticeboard.
Who can use it: the school admin account.
When you can see this menu: Website Settings appears after the school website has been approved. If the menu is missing, the public website has not been approved for this school yet.
Visitors can open the site only after you turn on Enable school website under System and API Setting, then School Website URL. The pages below are what they see once the site is on.

Suggested order for a new website
If you are publishing the school website for the first time, use this order:
1. Turn on Enable school website and set the school code under School Website URL.
2. Banner: headline, three highlights, colours, and the wide background photo.
3. About: introduction, director, year, facilities, and the longer story.
4. School Campus Data: campus line and the five collage photos.
5. Admission Procedure: the steps families should follow.
6. School News and School Galleries: recent stories and photo albums.
7. School Noticeboard: upcoming events on the calendar.
8. Website Inquiry: check this regularly after the contact page is public.
