This guide covers Exams and Results in the school admin sidebar. Use it for paper exams: question files, the exam name for the term, admit cards, score entry, report cards, and removing test scores.

The score columns follow the report card template chosen under System and API Setting, then Report Card Template. A template that uses two tests and an exam will show those columns. A kindergarten class uses the gradebook instead of numbers.

Set the running session and term under System Settings before you create an exam. The caution on Termly Examination says the session and term must be correct, and it links to System Settings.

Suggested order

1. Check the session and term, then create the Termly Examination.

2. Upload question papers if teachers need the file.

3. Print exam passes.

4. Enter scores by class teacher or by subject teacher. Use the kindergarten gradebook for that template.

5. Print the report card, or send the scores by SMS.
