Menu: System and API Setting, then SMS Template Settings.

Edit the wording of each automatic text message. The list on the left is numbered. Click a name to open its subject and message on the right.

For each template

1. Read the instruction under the message. It tells you which placeholders the platform replaces, such as a student name or an amount. Keep those placeholders in the message.

2. Edit the SMS subject and SMS body.

3. Click Save on that template before you open the next one.

Templates are copied into the school the first time this page is opened after the school has at least five students. If the list is empty, add students first, then open this page again.

This page only changes the wording. To decide which messages are actually sent, use Email and SMS Activation.
