Menu: Exams and Results, then Termly Exam Questions.

This stores the question paper file and this can also be uploaded from the teachers' portal. It is not the online CBT question bank because teachers are expected to submit their exam questions for the term and once approve, this can then be used and possible use it to set the CBT questions.

Title, class, subject, date, and teacher: Required. The subject list loads after the class.

Status: Pending, Approve, or Disapprove. Required.

Description: Optional.

Document: Required. You can upload more than one file. A zip is stored as uploaded. When it is extracted, the original file names are kept.

Click Save. The list shows title, class, subject, teacher, description, and a status badge of Pending, Approved, or Disapprove. Edit changes the paper. Download gets the file. Delete asks you to confirm and shows the title.
