Bulk data deletion
Menu: Manage Academics, then Delete Bulk Data.
Page title: List students.
This page lists students so you can remove records you no longer need, for example a class list that was imported by mistake. Deleting a student removes that student record. Use it only when you are sure.
Find a class list
1. Choose a class. The section list then loads.
2. Choose a section.
3. Click Get students.
If class or section is missing, the page asks you to fill the required fields. When the class has no students, the page says no student was found.
The table shows a tick box, photo, student category, name and roll number, class, sex, email, phone, parent, religion, mother tongue, address, and date of birth.
Remove several students at once
Tick the students you want to remove. Select All ticks every row on the list. Unselect All clears the ticks.
Click Delete. The page asks you to confirm. Confirm only when those students should be removed. This cannot be undone from this screen.
Actions on one student
Each row also has its own buttons:
Student auto login: Opens a sign-in link and barcode for that student.
Edit: Opens the student record so you can correct it.
Delete: Removes that one student after you confirm.
Reset password: Sets a new password for that student.
Print: Opens the full student details for printing.
Download: Downloads the file attached to the student, when a file has been uploaded.
Quarantine: Moves the student out of normal class activity. Confirm this only when that student should be quarantined.
