School & System Settings
System Settings
Menu: System and API Setting, then System Settings.
Page title: All Settings.
This is the main school profile. Everything you save here is used across the dashboard, invoices, report cards, the login page, and parent or student portals.
Click Save at the bottom after you finish. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
School identity

System email: The official school email address.

Country, State, City: The school location. Choose the country first. The state list loads from that country, then the city list loads from the state.
Money and the school year
PayPal email: The PayPal address used when PayPal is part of fee collection. You can leave it blank if you do not use PayPal.
System currency: The currency used on fees, invoices, and payments. Pick the code that matches your country.
Running session / academic year: The current school year, for example 2025-2026. Reports, attendance, and fees follow this year. Change it only when a new academic year starts.
Current term: The active term, period, or semester (first through fifth). Score entry and result checks follow this term.
Next term begin: The date the next term starts. This date can appear on report cards and notices.

Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram: Links to the school's social pages. Paste the full page address.
Who can see results and scores
Enable parent marketplace: Yes lets parents use the marketplace. No hides it.
Delete payment history and invoice with partial payment: Yes allows a partial-payment invoice and its payment history to be removed. No keeps that history. Leave this as No unless you have a clear reason to delete payment records.
Report card template: The layout used when results are printed. The same choice is explained, with previews, under Report Card Template. The small button beside the list shows a preview of the selected card.
Allow teachers to enter students' scores: Yes lets teachers type marks. No keeps score entry with admin staff.
Teacher scores closing date: The last day teachers may enter marks. This applies only when teachers are allowed to enter scores. After this date, teacher score entry closes.
Allow students to check current term result: Yes lets students open the current term result. No hides it until you turn it on, which is useful before results are approved.
Allow parents to print report card: Yes lets parents print the report card. No blocks printing.
Show Google email update prompt: Yes asks teachers, parents, students, and staff to save a Google email so they can use Continue with Google. No stops that prompt.
Report card comment and signature settings: The title printed beside the official comment and signature. Choices are Class Teacher, Head Teacher, Head Master, Head Mistress, or Principal.
Show subject position on report card: Yes prints each student's position in a subject. No hides subject position even when the chosen template supports it.
