Page title: Refer.

Use this when a student is sent to a hospital.

Click Add. Class and student are required.

Refer title: Required.

Why are you refering student? Required.

Which hospital are you refering student to? Required.

Address? Required.

Date: Required.

Click Save. The list shows the student, title, details, date, hospital, and address. Edit changes it. Delete asks you to confirm.
