Creating vacancies

Menu: Human Resources, Recruitment, then Vacancies.

Click Add vacancy to open the form.

Job title: Required.

Department: Required.

Skills: Required. The Add link creates a skill if it is not in the list.

Location: The school address. You can pick more than one. Required.

Interview rounds: Required. Add creates a round if it is missing.

Number of vacancies: At least 1. Required.

Start date and end date: When the job is open. Both required.

Status: Open or Close. Required.

Recruiter: The staff member who owns the vacancy. Required.

Job type: Required. Add creates a type, such as Full time, if it is missing.

Work experience: Required. Add creates an experience level if it is missing.

Currency: Required. The school currency is already selected.

Show payment by: Range, starting salary, maximum salary, or exact salary. Required. Only the matching salary boxes then appear. Amounts cannot be below 0.

Rate: Per hour, per day, per week, per month, or per year. Required.

Is this a remote job? Optional.

Disclose salary on website? Tick this if the public job page should show the pay.

The checkboxes under Required Fields decide what the public job form asks for: photo, resume, date of birth, and gender. Tick a box to show that field and make it required.

Short description and full description are optional. The full description is a full editor.

Click Save. The list shows job title, recruiter, start date, end date, and status. You can switch a row between Open and Close. View opens the public job page. Edit changes the vacancy. Delete asks you to confirm.
