Recording immunization

Menu: Clinic, then Immunization.

The page heading is Immunization. The title in the top bar can say Refer. You are still on the immunization page.

Click Add. Class and student are required.

Immunization title, Describe importance of immunization, and date: Required.

Click Save. The list shows the student, title, details, and date. Edit changes it. Delete asks you to confirm.
