Menu: System and API Setting, then Email API Settings.

Connect the email service that sends account emails, invoices, event notices, and the login security code.

API key: The key from your email service account.

Sender ID: The name recipients see as the sender, for example the school name.

The page links to the recommended email service at email.optimumlinkup.com, where you can obtain the API key. Paste the key and sender name, then click Save.

Set this up before you turn on two-factor login under Security, and before you expect automatic emails to leave the platform.
