Menu: Website Settings, then Website Inquiry.

This is the inbox for messages sent from the public Contact Us page. Visitors enter their name, phone, email, and message. After the check on that form succeeds, the message appears here.

The table shows five columns:

Name: The person who wrote in.

Email: The email address they gave, so you can reply from your own mail.

Phone: The phone number they gave.

Message: The text of the inquiry.

Date: The day the message was sent.

This screen is for reading messages. It does not send a reply from inside the platform. Copy the email or phone and answer the family directly. An empty table means no one has submitted the contact form yet, or the public website is still turned off.
