Connect the text-message provider that sends fee reminders, absence alerts, and other school SMS.

The badge at the top shows which provider is currently active, or shows that SMS is disabled.

Turn a provider on

1. Open the provider list at the top.

2. Choose the company you have an account with.

3. Click Activate.

Choosing SMS disabled stops outgoing text messages.

Save the provider details

Click the provider's tile, fill in the account details that company gave you, and click Save. Activating a provider does not fill in its keys. You need both steps: save the credentials, then activate that provider.

Each form asks for that provider's own fields, such as an API key, username, sender ID, or sender phone number. Copy them from the provider account. Do not share these values outside the school admin team.
