Manage hostels, rooms, dormitories, categories, and student boarding information.

Managing dormitories

Menu: Hostel Information, then Manage Hostel.

Page title: Manage dormitory. The form heading is Add hostel.

Hostel name: Required.

Hostel category: Required. Choose one from Hostel Category.

Hostel room: Required. Choose one from Hostel Room.

Capacity: Required.

Location: Required. This is saved as the address.

Description: Optional.

Click Save. The list shows the name, category, room, capacity, address, and description. Edit changes the hostel. Delete asks you to confirm.

The hostel then appears on the student admission form when you assign a dormitory.
