Menu: Website Settings, then School Galleries.

A gallery is a photo album. You first create the album with a cover, then you upload the photos that belong inside it.

Add an album

1. Enter a title, such as Sports Day 2026 or Science Fair.

2. Enter a short content note that describes the album.

3. Set the date. It defaults to today.

4. Choose a cover image. This is the picture visitors see before they open the album.

5. Click Save.

Manage the album list

The list shows the title and the cover image.

The red delete button asks you to confirm, then removes that album.

Upload gallery images opens the page where you add the photos inside that album.

Upload photos into an album

1. Open Upload gallery images on the album you want.

2. Click Browse Images.

3. Select one photo, or select several at once. On a Windows computer, hold the Control key while you click each photo.

4. Click Save. A wait message stays on the screen while the photos upload. Leave the page open until it finishes.

Uploaded photos appear as thumbnails under the form. Click a thumbnail to view it larger. Click Delete on a thumbnail to remove that one photo. The album and its other photos stay in place.

Use Back at the top of the upload page to return to the album list.
