Parents Can Now View Their Child's Seat

Parents can now log in to their Gosfem.com parent portal to see where their child is seated in the classroom. This provides parents with a clearer view of their child’s classroom arrangement and helps them stay informed about their child’s school environment.

Teachers & Administrators Can Arrange Student Seating

Teachers and administrators can now easily create and manage classroom seating arrangements based on the classes and roles assigned to them.

How to Arrange Seats

1. Log in to your Gosfem teacher or administrator portal.

2. Navigate to Classes.

3. Select the class you want to arrange.

4. Click the Arrange Seat button.

5. The system will automatically generate the appropriate number of rows and columns based on the class capacity.

6. You can adjust the number of rows and columns to create your preferred classroom layout.

7. Students enrolled in the class will be displayed and can be dragged and dropped into their preferred seats.

8. Your seating arrangement is automatically saved as you arrange the students.

This new feature is another step toward making Gosfem a more connected and efficient platform for schools, teachers, students, and parents.

We encourage teachers and administrators to start using the new Arrange Seat feature and invite parents to log in to their portals to view their children’s seating arrangements.
